นโยบายการจัดส่งสินค้า
1. วิธีการจัดส่ง เราใช้การบริการขนส่งจากบริษัท Flash Express ซึ่งจะใช้เวลาการจัดส่งภายใน 1-3 วันทำการ และเรามีบริการจัดส่งฟรี: สำหรับยอดสั่งซื้อที่มากกว่าจำนวนที่กำหนด (10 ชิ้นขึ้นไป) อาจจะใช้เวลา 7-10 วันทำการ
2. ค่าจัดส่ง เราคิดเป็นราคาเดียวทั่วประเทศ
- จัดส่งด่วนพิเศษ โดย Flash Express: ค่าจัดส่ง 45 บาท ทั่วไทย
- จัดส่งฟรี: สำหรับยอดสั่งซื้อที่มากกว่า 1,500 บาท จะได้รับการจัดส่งฟรี
3. การประมวลผลคำสั่งซื้อ คำสั่งซื้อทั้งหมดจะถูกประมวลผลภายใน 1-2 วันทำการ หลังจากยืนยันการชำระเงินเรียบร้อยแล้ว เราจะส่งอีเมลยืนยันการจัดส่งพร้อมหมายเลขติดตามให้กับลูกค้า
4. การติดตามพัสดุ ลูกค้าสามารถติดตามสถานะการจัดส่งพัสดุได้จากหมายเลขติดตามที่เราส่งให้ทางอีเมล สามารถตรวจสอบสถานะได้ที่เว็บไซต์ของบริษัทขนส่งที่เราใช้บริการ
5. ความรับผิดชอบและการรับรอง เรามุ่งมั่นที่จะจัดส่งสินค้าทุกชิ้นอย่างปลอดภัยและตรงเวลา หากพัสดุได้รับความเสียหายหรือสูญหายระหว่างการจัดส่ง กรุณาติดต่อฝ่ายบริการลูกค้าของเราภายใน 7 วันหลังจากได้รับพัสดุ หรือพัสดุไม่ถึง
6. การยกเลิกการสั่งซื้อ ลูกค้าสามารถยกเลิกการสั่งซื้อได้ภายใน 24 ชั่วโมงหลังจากทำการสั่งซื้อ กรุณาติดต่อฝ่ายบริการลูกค้าของเราที่ E-mail: coolfriends.w@gmail.com หลังจาก 24 ชั่วโมง เราขอสงวนสิทธิ์ในการยกเลิกการสั่งซื้อทุกกรณี

8. การจัดส่งระหว่างประเทศ เรากำลังจะเปิดให้มีการจัดส่งระหว่างประเทศเร็วๆ นี้ โดยค่าจัดส่งและระยะเวลาในการจัดส่งจะแตกต่างกันไปตามประเทศปลายทาง ลูกค้าควรตรวจสอบภาษีและค่าธรรมเนียมศุลกากรในประเทศของตนเอง เนื่องจากผู้รับพัสดุจะเป็นผู้รับผิดชอบค่าใช้จ่ายเพิ่มเติมเหล่านี้
Shipping & Handling Policy
1. Shipping Methods We use the shipping service from Flash Express, which takes 1-3 business days for delivery. We also offer Free Shipping: For orders over the specified amount (10 items or more), delivery may take 7-10 business days.
2. Shipping Costs We charge a flat rate nationwide:
- Express Shipping by Flash Express: 45 THB nationwide
- Free Shipping: For orders over 1,500 THB, free shipping is provided.
3. Order Processing All orders will be processed within 1-2 business days after payment confirmation. We will send a shipping confirmation email with the tracking number to the customer.
4. Package Tracking Customers can track the shipping status with the tracking number provided via email. The status can be checked on the website of the shipping company we use.
5. Responsibility and Assurance We are committed to delivering all products safely and on time. If the package is damaged or lost during shipping, or if the package does not arrive, please contact our customer service within 7 days of receiving the package.
6. Order Cancellation Customers can cancel their order within 24 hours after placing it. Please contact our customer service at E-mail: coolfriends.w@gmail.com. After 24 hours, we reserve the right to deny any cancellation request.

8. International Shipping We are about to offer international shipping soon. Shipping costs and delivery times will vary by destination country. Customers should check the customs duties and taxes in their country, as the recipient will be responsible for these additional costs.
